Converse police have made an arrest in the case of a 17-year-old boy who was shot and killed in February.
Police have arrested 17-year-old Isaiah Westman and charged him with capital murder for shooting and killing Zachary Segura.
On February 26, Converse police responded to gunshots at the MacArthur Park subdivision. Officers found 17-year-old Zachary Segura shot in the backseat of a car.
Police apprehended Westman in Killeen and he is being extradited to Bexar County to face capital murder charges.
