Cookies and milk?
Not at the General Public.
The local restaurant is serving up Girl Scout cookies with beer.
"It’s just a great time of year for us to support our local Girl Scout troops and for us to give back and push them as well," The General Public, manager, Sam Strain said.
On tap, an assortment of Fire Stone paired with those yearly cookie favorites like the Savannah Smiles and Samoa.
KENS 5 put the parings to the test with our own panel of judges.
Overall, the judges seemed impressed with the matchups.
"You know what it comes down to the cookie, because if you don't like the cookie then chances are you don't like the combination," KENS 5 Meteorologist, Paul Mireles said.
If you would like to try the paring then you have until the February 25. It will cost you $10 per tasting.
