San Antonio coffee spot releases new Spurs' Stephon Castle-themed drink

Mudslingers Drive Thru Coffee is back with a new Spurs-inspired drink called "Le Chateau."

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Spurs rookie Stephon Castle officially arrived in the city with a conference at the team's practice facility.

Now, one local coffee spot welcomes him to Alamo City with a new drink in honor of him.

Mudslingers Drive Thru Coffee has announced a new Castle-themed drink, "Le Chateau," to commemorate his new pairing with Victor Wembanyama.

To add a nod to Castle's Georgia roots, "Le Chateau" is made with peach, cookie butter, and vanilla because these flavors are smooth, like his game.

It gets even better for Spurs fans! The drink will be on sale for a limited time, and customers can get the new drink for just $5 to match Castle's Spurs jersey number.

Following his introduction to San Antonio, Castle participated in a basketball clinic for young San Antonio athletes. He then visited the city's famous Riverwalk with his family.

Remember, Mudslingers also offers the "Alien" drink, inspired by Wembayama, as part of its "Lightning Bolt" drink line.
