Severe storms possible with golf ball-sized hail on Wednesday | Forecast

On Wednesday afternoon and night, there could be a few severe thunderstorms with large hail up to the size of golf balls or hen eggs the biggest threat.

SAN ANTONIO — Clouds then mostly cloudy Wednesday with a very warm high at 87°. There is a 40% chance of a severe thunderstorm this afternoon, evening and overnight.

The storm prediction center has a slight risk for severe storms on Wednesday

Wednesday there could be a few severe thunderstormsstorms with large hail up to the size of hen eggs, isolated tornadoes are also possible.

If temperatures do not reach the low to mid 80s this afternoon then the threat is decreased.
