Andrew Moore is a Multimedia Journalist at KENS 5 in San Antonio, Texas.
A San Antonio native, Andrew Moore started his TV career as a news intern at KENS 5. He previously spent eight years at KCEN TV, where he started working in investigative reporting. Andrew exposed a lack of fire hydrant testing in Killeen and discovered that a businessman was selling tickets to a major aquarium attraction that was never actually constructed.
Andrew’s consumer protection stories originally created the 6 Fix brand at KCEN. He now works full time on Call KENS at KENS 5 and helps viewers solve problems in the San Antonio area. Since joining Call KENS at KENS 5, Andrew has helped local viewers either save, or get back, more than $100,000.
Andrew grew up in San Antonio and attended Northwest Vista College and UTSA. He transferred to the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a duel bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Government.
