Megan Reyna is an evening reporter and multimedia journalist at KENS 5 in San Antonio, Texas. Megan joined the KENS 5 news team in June 2023.
She was born and raised north of Houston and is excited to be back in Texas.
Previously, she was a morning anchor in Huntsville, Alabama at the ABC affiliate, WAAY 31. In Huntsville, she earned an Alabama Broadcasters Association Award for a special report on child abuse. That special was also nominated for a regional Emmy award.
Her broadcast career started in Lubbock, Texas in 2016. Megan attended Texas Tech University (wreck ‘em) and graduated with a journalism and dance degree. She started working at the local Fox affiliate her senior year of college as an associate producer. Upon graduation, she was promoted to a producer/reporter role. By the time she left Lubbock, she was anchoring on the weekends.
Outside of news, Megan enjoys dancing, binging TV shows, and hanging out with her two pets, Raider and Coco.
