13th Floor Haunted House delivers new nightmares for this year

The doors open to the public on Friday the 13th in September and will remain open for the season on select nights through Saturday, November 9.

SAN ANTONIO — Level up your fear factor at one of the spookiest places in San Antonio!

The 13th Floor Haunted House San Antonio will open their doors for the Halloween season on Friday the 13th in September and will remain open for the season on select nights through Saturday, November 9.

Two new scary themes this year, "Dead Again" and "The Grymm," are being unveiled to terrify you.

"Dead Again showcases a globally rising climate where virus Necrotherma Virulenta has emerged, turning people into ravenous zombies," said Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group. "The virus is spreading rapidly. The question remains - can you stop the spread and save humanity?"

"In The Grymm, Red Riding Hood becomes the keeper of a possessed, enchanted book of fairytales," said Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group. "But when opened beneath a Blood Moon, these monstrous stories come to life, causing chaos to all in its path."

Face your fears at the haunted house from September 13 until November 9.

Tickets start at $19.99 with premium ticket options also available at 13thfloorsanantonio.com. Want to heighten your terror?  Get a Fast Pass and Skip the Line.

And if you're 21 and older, check out the "Copper Tavern," which was added for the first time last year.  Brave souls who buy the add-on will be pulled into a secret bar to enjoy a dose of liquid courage to assist them in navigating through the rest of the maze.

Are you brave enough to face zombies? The Last of Spinehelm Zombie Shooting Range is adding a new element in a zombie-infested market square. Protect yourself from the live-action infected zombies and stop the hoard before it's too late. Not scared enough the first time through? Use The Respawn Pass, which allows guests to go through both attractions a second time, doubling the action and doubling the shivers!

Be afraid... be very afraid!
