AUSTIN, Texas — The final day of ACL will bring fantastic weather to Central Texas. Behind our most recent fall cold front, temperatures have been fantastic this weekend, and that continues for Sunday.
After a chilly morning, the afternoon will warm into the low to mid-70s for afternoon highs. These temperatures are several degrees cooler than average for this time of the year. Just like Saturday, Sunday will bring a beautiful blue sky. The only issue would be breezy conditions. Winds out of the north could gust as high as about 25 mph.
The breezy winds this weekend have also stirred up some allergens, but both ragweed and fall elm are expected to be in lower concentrations on Sunday compared to the past two days.
You might even need the light jacket for the final performances in the evening as temperatures drop through the 60s. Y'all enjoy, and stay safe!
The KVUE Weather Team will continue to monitor this developing forecast.
