SAN ANTONIO — The return of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo brings another deep musical lineup, with musicians performing every single day of the event as it commemorates 75 years in 2024.
For Friday, Feb. 9, patrons who buy tickets to the rodeo at Frost Bank Center will also catch Midland, the Grammy-nominated country group which originated nearby in Dripping Springs. The band's sophomore studio album, "Let It Roll," reached No. 1 on the U.S. Country charts when it released in 2019.
As with all rodeo concerts, Midland is expected to start playing about 15 minutes after the end of PRCA rodeo competition, which lasts about two hours. The concert will run between 60 and 75 minutes, and tickets are available here.
Other bands playing at the rodeo grounds Friday include George Marsh, the Bret Mullins Band, Shaun Michael and DJ Stormbrayker at 9:30 p.m. Find a full live music lineup here.
