4th Annual Tamales Festival this weekend

SAN ANTONIO — There is one food item on everybody's mind every December... tamales. Who has the best ones, how much do they cost and many other questions about the popular tex-mex item come up around this time every year.

Here is your chance to try some locally-made tamales and have some fun at the same time. The 4th Annual San Antonio Tamales Festival with tamales, drinks and much more for the entire family returns to the Alamo City on Saturday, December 2 and Sunday, December 3.

Various vendors will feature tamales with their own twist, and compete for the Title of "THE BEST in 2023."

The festival promises to have other delicious foods available, as well as merchandise and much more.

Live music, including a House DJ spinning tunes, plus folklorico dancers, and other great entertainment will help to ensure a good time with your family and friends.

The festival is being held at the Bexar County JR. Livestock Grounds located at 7701 FM 1346, San Antonio 78220.

The charge for admission is included with your $5 parking fee per vehicle. VIP Parking also available for $10.
