Missing 12-year-old boy found safe; AMBER Alert discontinued

The missing boy was last seen on Sunday, Jan. 7, on the southwest side of town.

SAN ANTONIO — An AMBER Alert was discontinued for a missing 12-year-old boy who was last seen on Sunday, January 7, on the southwest side of town just before 8 p.m.

Police said he was found safe and unharmed and has been reunited with his family. They also said they do not expect to make any arrests in this case.

SAPD said he may have been picked up by a suspect driving a black sedan with an unknown license plate number.
