Heavy metal icons SAXON set to storm San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO — Are you ready to rock, San Antonio?

Heavy metal icons SAXON are back on the streets and will storm the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts next Spring, joined by RIOT and Lizzy Borden. 

They are calling it their Hell, Fire And Steel Tour‘ tour and the band will perform songs from their recently released, top 20 album ‘Hell, Fire And Damnation,‘ which came out on January 19, 2024. They assure fans they'll also be doing other fan favorites and hits from across the band’s 49-year career.

The band first got together in 1979 and became leaders in the "New wave of British Heavy Metal" (NWOBHM) movement alongside bands like Iron Maiden and Def Leppard and inspiration to the likes of Metallica, Pantera and the rest.

The band does not seem to be slowing down and are rockin' again, touring annually all over the United States and Europe as their fan base continues to swell.

This unforgettable night of raw power and high-energy rock will be in the H-E-B Performance Hall on March 21, 2025 at 7 p.m.

Tobin Member Pre-Sale starts on Wednesday, November 20. Tickets will go on sale on November 22 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased online at tobincenter.org, or by phone  at (210) 223-8624 or in-person at The Tobin Center Box Office located at 100 Auditorium Circle. The box office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Tickets start at just $49.50.
