SAN ANTONIO — Foster kiddos were showing those pearly whites for the cameras at Landa Park across the way from Trinity University.
The Heat Gallery Of Texas will eventually display the photos. The state-wide program places photos of youth in high-traffic areas like malls, museums and sports venues as examples.
The exposure can help increase the likelihood of those children finding their 'Forever Adoptive Home.'
The initiative specifically focuses on hard to place youth and sibling groups like teens and special needs, children that really need us. Later this fall into next month the south central Texas contract will be awarded.
We’ll wait to find out who that is, and whoever it is, the mission will always be the same, supporting children in the welfare system and helping them find their 'Forever Families.'
And by the way we’d always love to hear from you with your foster or adoption story.
