SAN ANTONIO - For years Carlo Lujan has perfected his iconic Spurs pizza inside Big Lou's Pizzeria.
To think it all started with a family friend who inspired Carlo to get creative with his 62-inch pizzas which now include the Spurs logo, Spurs coyote, or even portraits of your favorite players.
One Tim Duncan design even made an appearance on ESPN!
