SAN ANTONIO — Mother's Day only comes once a year but we all know our moms deserve to be spoiled year-round.
Many children make crafts, buy gifts and even bake delicious treats to show their appreciation for the woman who gave them life.
KENS 5 tried a couple easy recipes to make for mom on her special day.
Crew members created the Food Network's "Sunny's Strawberry Fool" and "Daisy Cupcakes."
"Sunny's Strawberry Fool" is a fancy strawberry shortcake that only requires 5 simple ingredients. Plus, it’s easy, light and perfect for Mother’s Day.
And the "Daisy Cupcakes" recipe gives you the opportunity to bring your mother flowers and a delicious treat all-in-one.
