SAN ANTONIO — In this episode of Grub or Flub, Luke takes on his biggest challenge yet in the Burritozilla from the California-based restaurant Iguanas.
The Burritozilla is an 18-inch, five-pound burrito that comes on three 14-inch tortillas that are filled with the following:
- Your choice of any of their hand-trimmed meats
- Cheese
- Beans
- Rice
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
Once the chef is finished preparing the burrito, it's wrapped in a giant piece of foil and placed into their own Burritozilla box.
Most people buy the Burritozilla to take home and munch on for a few meals. Luke went to try and be the first in San Antonio to complete it in one sitting.
