Enjoy 'Every Sip' of these holiday cocktails

Stephanie Payne, the owner-founder of Every Sip, dropped by KARE 11 Saturday to share drink recipes.

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — There is a chill in the air and the holiday season is in full party mode. 

Formerly known as Vine Times, Every Sip, a premier beverage-tasting company, is showcasing its top Christmas cocktails to keep you warm.

Stephanie Payne, the owner-founder of Every Sip, dropped by KARE 11 Saturday to show off the drinks and share recipes.

Poinsettia Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

3 oz. Cranberry juice

1 oz Remy Cointreau Orange Liqueur

Chloe Prosecco

DIRECTIONS:

Pour chilled cranberry juice into a flute glass. Add Remy Cointreau orange liqueur and top it off with Chloe Prosecco.

Garnish with sugared cranberries.

Serve immediately.

* If serving for a large party, pre-mix cranberry juice and orange liqueur in a pitcher and chill. Then pour into a flute and top off with champagne or sparkling wine. 

Sugar Cookie Martini

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c. whole milk

1/4 c. Merry's Irish Cream

2 oz. Stoli Vanilla Vodka

2 oz. Il Trimonto amaretto

Ice

For the Rim

1/2 c. vanilla frosting

1/2 c. sprinkles

DIRECTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker, combine milk, Merry's Irish Cream, Stoli vanilla vodka, and Il Trimonto amaretto.

Add ice and shake.

Pour into a martini glass rimmed with vanilla frosting and sprinkles. 

Eggnog Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

.5 oz Bumbu Rum

.5 oz Remy Martin Brandy

3 oz Eggnog

1 Cinnamon stick for garnish

For the Rim

Dash of nutmeg

Dash of cinnamon

1/8 tsp sugar

DIRECTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker, combine Bumbu rum, Remy Martin brandy, and eggnog.

Add ice and shake.

Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with sugar and spice mixture.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Keeper's Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Keeper's Heart Whiskey

1/3 oz. Demerara syrup (1 oz demerara sugar with 1 oz. water until dissolved)

4 dashed of aromatic bitters

DIRECTIONS:

Build drink on ice sphere in an old fashioned glass and stir well.

Garnish with an orange twist.

Keeper's Irish Coffee

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz Keeper's Heart Whiskey

1/2 oz. Local maple syrup

8 oz. Fresh hot coffee

8 oz. lightly whipped cream

Dash of nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:

Warm mug with hot water for at least 20 seconds, then discard water. Add all ingredients, except cream, and stir briefly.

Gently layer whipped cream over the top.

Add nutmeg.

Shanky's Whip Chilled Shot

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. Shanky's Whip

DIRECTIONS:

Pour ice-cold Shanky's Whip into a shot glass.

Top or garnish as desired.
