These chefs will make you a hot dog you can't refuse!
The Dogfather, located at 6211 San Pedro Ave, brings "chef-driven" techniques to elevate this fast food staple, head chef Kris Martinez says.
Martinez brings years of hot dog wizardry from RockerDogz, known for their "gourmet street dogs," to the new restaurant. Founded by the owners of the Bang Bang Bar, The Dogfather's eclectic menu pairs taste with creativity.
On the side, The Dogfather serves up signature "tricked out tots" -- tater tots slathered in sriracha mayo and chopped parsley.
Craft sodas and beer made right here in Texas will help guests wash down the delectable dogs, which Martinez says are several cuts above the standard "gas station dog."
The restaurant is open late on the weekends to accommodate the late-night crowds.
