SAN ANTONIO, Texas — You will find bargains at Target, Amazon, Best Buy, and many department stores this week. Yet, CVS is offering free items through July 23 and it is likely there is one close to you.
CVS is holding its Extra Thanks event. There are daily freebies. Categories include first aid, snacks, beverages, and skin care. The key to grabbing those deals is to get them early in the day.
“We can score a complete freebie every day for two weeks but make sure you act fast because once those freebies are gone and the store is out of stock, we’re out of luck,” said Christina, a saving educator with Saving With Christina. “So check that app every day to see what the freebie is and sneak over to your store to grab it.”
You need to be an ExtraCare member. The program is free. Also, note these deals are only available through the CVS app, so download it if you do not have it. Then make sure to clip the digital deal daily to add it to your ExtraCare card. The best part is you do not need to buy anything to get the freebie.
“You can literally walk into a CVS, pick up the freebie as long as that coupon is clipped on your card, you will pay literally zero at check out,” Christina said.
Use the app to see if the item is in stock at your nearest store. These are all full-size products. Many of them are mystery deals, so you will not know the actual item until the morning.
Get the most out of your CVS ExtraCare card by signing up for CVS text and email coupons. Here is how:
