SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Fire officials say one person has been shot on the city's east side.
The unidentified victim was taken to the hospital after the incident near South Olive and Wyoming, which unfolded around 4 p.m.There's no details from authorities as of yet on what let up to the shooting, nor if anyone has been detained.
