SAN ANTONIO — When you think of SeaWorld, most people think of the dolphins, sea lions, and other marine life. But, over the years, SeaWorld San Antonio has jumped into the roller coaster world with innovative rides to go along with those animal experiences.
Friday, SeaWorld San Antonio is celebrating National Roller Coaster Day with a new challenge for guests.
The marine-life theme park is offering visitors a chance to take on their Coaster Challenge in order to win a reward of $10 in Sea Bucks, which can be used for in-park purchases.
Some of the newer rides on the list include Catapult Falls, a flume ride that has a steep, 100-foot drop. It also includes the jet ski-style roller-coaster, Wave Breaker, that simulates a virtual animal rescue over the park's main lake.
