SAN ANTONIO — Some lucky people could win an amazing mini vacation just by donating blood for the South Texas Blood & Tissue center in San Antonio.
Anyone who donates blood in August will be entered into a drawing to win four tickets to a Houston Astros game, cruise gift card or $500 in airline tickets.
Donors will also receive points they can spend in the South Texas Blood & Tissue center reward store.
South Texas Blood and Tissue is encouraging the community to reach 5 million blood donations in its 50-year history.
Lucky Winners could receive:
- Four Houston Astros baseball tickets for Sept. 20 with an overnight hotel stay in Houston
- Two Carnival Cruises $500 gift cards.
- A $500 Wanna Get Away gift card from Southwest Airlines.
