BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — A man has been arrested after an affidavit states he continuously sexually assaulted a young child and was in possession of child phonography.
According to the affidavit, the continuous sexual abuse of a child took place from Oct. 1, 2017, to Oct. 1, 2020.
On Dec. 19, 2023, Sgt. Derek Thiele, a member of the Child Exploitation Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, conducted a search warrant at 9310 Autumn Sunrise and found that Austin David Nobles had been in possession of child pornography, the affidavit states.
Investigators located and seized a Samsung Galaxy S23 cellphone that belonged to Nobles and it reportedly contained approximately 769 images and approximately 751 videos of child pornography.
The affidavit states that the files contained "visual depictions of a child younger than 10 years of age at the time the visual depiction was made who was engaging in sexual conduct."
Nobles was arrested on Jan. 10 and charged with continuous sexual abuse of a young child and possession of child pornography > 500 visual depiction.
