Attack at Grand Hyatt hotel downtown leaves one with critical injuries

Police have released surveillance video of the man they are looking for.

SAN ANTONIO — Police are asking for help finding a man wanted in connection with an assault that happened at a downtown hotel on Sunday.

Investigators say the attack happened around 1 a.m. at the Grand Hyatt hotel on East Market Street, near the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and the River Walk.

The victim in the assault case was left with critical injuries. Police have released surveillance video of the man they are looking for.

Anyone with information on the identity of this person is asked to call the SAPD Homicide unit at 210-207-7635 and you can remain anonymous.
