BCSO: Four arrested for engaging in sexual activities with a minor, possibly more suspects

Salazar said the investigation is ongoing and the suspects could all be facing more charges, along with the possibility of more suspects being arrested.

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — The Bexar County Sheriff's Office has arrested four individuals for allegedly engaging in sexual activities with a minor.

Sheriff Javier Salazar said they received a report of a missing girl on June 20, days after she originally had gone missing.

During the investigation, Salazar said authorities looked through the girl's phone and found that she and each of the four suspects had been exchanging "pornographic" photos and videos, along with texts talking about sexual activity that had occurred between the victim and each of the suspects.

Salazar said all the exchanges happened from 2023 to early 2024 when the victim was 14-years-old.

The four suspects were identified as:

  • Tyler Battros, 21
  • Logan Martinez, 19
  • Gabriel Angel Velasquez, 18
  • Ethan Gregory Fleming, 18

The suspects were arrested on Wednesday and are all facing child sexual assault charges.

Salazar added that the investigation is ongoing and the suspects could all be facing more charges, along with the possibility of more suspects being arrested.

The girl has been located and is now back with her family.
