SAN ANTONIO — A man is behind bars after allegedly attacking family members with a weapon Thursday evening, authorities said.
San Antonio police responded to a call at the 1100 block of Linden Avenue at 6:30 p.m.
Officers arrived and were informed by a woman who made the 911 call that a man, identified as her brother, tried to stab her.
The woman also told officers that the man stabbed their older brother before fleeing the scene.
Police said the older brother suffered a laceration to his chest that was non-life threatening and refused medical attention from EMS responders.
The suspect was located and booked for aggravated assault on family/household.
Police did not provide any other information.
