SAN ANTONIO — The Comal County Sheriff's Office arrested three people in connection to an aggravated robbery in Bulverde, Texas, on Sunday morning.
Deputies responded to the 400 block of Lost Creek Drive around 7:15 a.m.
Deputies say three males were burglarizing vehicles in the neighborhood and were confronted by a homeowner who found them in their garage.
According to the homeowner, one of the men had a handgun which was discharged as they were running away out of the garage. No injuries were reported.
Deputies contained the area and, with the assistance of K-9 teams and drone operators, found the three people and took them into custody.
Paul Cristo Garcia, 39, was arrested for aggravated robbery and evading arrest. He is currently being held at the Comal County Jail. Two 16-year-old boys were also detained at area juvenile facilities and will be charged with aggravated robbery and evading arrest.
According to CCSO, this is an ongoing investigation.
Paul Cristo Garcia is being held in the Comal County Jail on $110,000 bond.
