HOUSTON — A man is dead after shots rang out at a Halloween party early Sunday morning, according to the Houston Police Department.
This happened around 1 a.m. at a party venue on Bissonnet Street at S Kirkwood Road.
Police said some kind of fight broke out at the party and shots were fired. A man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators were working to speak with witnesses and gather surveillance video in the area.
At this time, we don't have any information on the shooter nor the victim.
