Man found with gunshot wounds behind Twin Peaks in San Antonio

SAPD said the victim was "too incapacitated" to answer questions from officers on the scene.

SAN ANTONIO — Late Saturday night, the San Antonio Police Department found a man with gunshot wounds behind a local Twin Peaks restaurant.

SAPD said the man was "too incapacitated" to answer officers questions but authorities believe he may have been shot on the highway and made his way to the Twin Peaks parking lot where first responders found him in his vehicle.

The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

Authorities said the shooting did not happen at the Twin Peaks.

No further information is available at this time as this is an ongoing investigation.
