SAN ANTONIO — A man was run over by a woman he was arguing with on the southwest side early Wednesday morning, San Antonio Police say.
Officers were called to a pedestrian involved accident on the 6500 block of Amberwood Drive around 4:15 a.m.
A police sergeant on scene says a man and woman in their 40's were arguing when the man suddenly jumped on top of the car. After some time the man got off the car and the woman allegedly ran him over.
The man was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
Police detained the woman as they continue to investigate what happened.
