SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department arrested two suspects after a reported jugging incident.
Just after noon, officers went to a bank checking for suspicious activity and saw a suspicious vehicle that went to the mall across the street.
Some time after, they were informed that there was a victim who had a money bag stolen from them. Officers followed the vehicle to six different banks and were able to take the suspects into custody without incident at I-10 and Wurzbach.
Police said the suspects, Johnathan Williams and Kameron Williams, are from Houston.
The victim was not injured, and police said she was at the trunk of her car when a suspect approached and grabbed a money bag holding less than $500.
Police said this is a good reminder to remain vigilant and aware of your surroundings if you have cash or other valuables.
