SAN ANTONIO -- Police arrested Christopher Cooper, and he is reportedly accused of killing another man on April 28.
The San Antonio Police Department said Cooper is accused of shooting Jermerald Berard several times in the 800 block of West Houston Street.
Cooper was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon.
