Officers respond to call for loud music find two men with gunshot wounds, suspects on the run, SAPD says

The two men were taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police are investigating a shooting after two teens were found with gunshot wounds in a south-side neighborhood early Saturday morning, authorities said. 

Officers responded to a loud music call on Bernard Drive around 1:30 a.m. 

When police arrived they heard gunshots coming from a large group of people. The officers discovered two 19-year-old men with gunshot wounds and immediately rendered aid to the teens. 

The two men were taken to a local hospital in critical condition. 

Police said the suspects were not located at the scene and no arrests have been made. 

A description of the suspects was not provided. 

No other information was provided.
