Sonic murder suspect added to Texas' Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list

Adiah Namir Roberson, 17, is wanted for murder and forgery of government document. She is considered armed and dangerous.

SAN ANTONIO — The 17-year-old accused of killing a Sonic manager back in July has been added to the Texas Top 10 Most Wanted list.

Police say Adiah Namir Roberson shot and killed restaurant manager Daniel Shrewsbury at the Sonic location near Babcock Road and Huebner Road on July 7. 

Roberson is wanted by San Antonio police for murder and forgery of government documents. Roberson has piercings on her nose, upper and lower lip, face and eyebrow.

Now, she's been added to the Texas Top 10 Most Wanted list.

Texas DPS says Roberson should be considered armed and dangerous. She also has a criminal history of evading arrest, criminal trespassing and possession of marijuana, according to authorities.

Tuesday, SAPD says they believe Roberson may be in the Austin area. Anyone with any information on the suspect in the Austin area, may submit tips anonymously through the Capital Area Crime Stoppers Program by visiting austincrimestoppers.org or by calling 512-472-8477.
