SAN ANTONIO — A teenager was arrested after allegedly threatening Seguin police officers through a social media post Wednesday.
Jeremiah Ledesma, 19, was arrested at his residence with the assistance of Alamo Area Metro SWAT and the Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force.
The Seguin Police Department was first notified of a concerning social media post of Ledesma making active threats against patrol officers.
In the video Ledesma was identified holding a loaded extended pistol magazine while recording officers on a unrelated call. Ledesma then made multiple threats about shooting the officers in the video, according to SPD.
Ledesma was taken into custody and transported to the Guadalupe County Jail.
Ledesma was charged with terroristic threat to a peace officer, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and several other charges.
Police said this case remains under investigation.
