SAN ANTONIO — One of the suspects law enforcement were searching for amid a now-discontinued AMBER Alert out of Kerr County last week faces felony charges of interfering in child custody, officials say.

Talaya Graham, 32, was arrested "without incident" on Tuesday, four days after her missing 6-year-old boy was found. Her bond was set at $30,000.

Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha said investigators "worked around the clock" to find the boy.

"Through their tireless work, this case has been resolved without further harm to those involved or the public," Laitha said in a statement. "From recovering the child to making this arrest, our team did an excellent job in a very short time frame. I am proud of this team and their daily work to protect Kerr County."

Authorities previously said Graham was "subject to a court order" regarding the boy's custody but that investigators learned she was trying to take him out of state. The AMBER Alert was issued after multiple attempts to contact her, and a contingent of law enforcement agencies was able to find the boy Friday night.
