SAN ANTONIO — The Department of Public Safety, Texas Rangers and San Antonio Police Department are working on a joint investigation after a barricaded incident led to a 16-year-old and adult being arrested.
Around 1:47 p.m., Orlando Moreno, a Sgt. with the Department of Public Safety Public Information Office, said officials observed an individual with an active felony warrant. When officials tried to make contact with the individual, they said she barricaded herself in her apartment along with another person,
Moreno said she eventually came out and authorities were able to arrest a 16-year-old and adult. Moreno said this is an ongoing investigation and had no further information.
