SAN ANTONIO — A man is now dead after a truck failed to stop and render aid on the northwest side, police say.
According to authorities, the man was crossing the intersection of Culebra Street and North General McMullen at about 10 p.m. Tuesday night.
The man was then hit by a pickup truck, who police say failed to stop and render aid.
Upon arrival, authorities found the man lying on the ground.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been determined.
The suspect fled the scene headed west on Culebra. One witness said the vehicle was a dark colored pickup truck, however another witness said it was white.
