SAN ANTONIO — A woman stabbed a man in his stomach, then he shot her in the leg, according to police. Both claimed the other had been stalking them.
San Antonio Police responded to the 4300 block of Vance Jackson Road near Loop 410 around 9 p.m. for reports of an incident. Officers say the two got into some sort of argument and she stabbed him, then he shot her.
Police say the woman ran to an apartment up the street to call for help, while the man drove to a location on Briargate Drive to get help.
Both victims were taken to University Hospital to be treated for their injuries. The woman was in critical condition and the man was stable.
The incident is under invetsigation. No word on whether any charges will be filed.
