SAN ANTONIO — A man was stabbed in the arm and dumped at a north-side restaurant early Thursday morning, authorities said.
San Antonio police responded to stabbing on the 8800 block of Jones Maltsberger Road at an Applebee's around 12:45 a.m.
Police said a man in his 40s was with a woman inside a car when an unknown vehicle pulled up beside them.
The woman reportedly tried to take the man's bag but he refused which resulted in her stabbing him. She than got out of the car and fled in the unknown vehicle, police said.
The man was treated by paramedics on scene for a cut on the arm.
Officials said the man was not cooperating with police.
No arrests have been made. Police said the man and woman were in a romantic relationship.
Detectives continue to investigate.
