SAN ANTONIO — Officials with Comfort ISD said in a Tuesday letter to parents that they're looking into allegations of an "inappropriate relationship" between a teacher and student at the district's high school.

The district said "action was taken immediately" after it learned of the allegation on Friday, but didn't specify further. CISD administrators say they're now working with law enforcement. The Kendall County Sheriff's Office confirmed to KENS 5 it was involved in an investigation.

"With student safety as a priority, measures have been put in place by the district," the letter says.
