A former Bexar County sheriff's deputy was arrested Tuesday morning and is accused of improper photography.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, Kristopher Saxon left the county "a while ago."
Further details were not immediately available, but BCSO told KENS 5 Saxon was been charged with "invasive visual recording"-- a state felony.
