At least one person is dead and multiple others injured following a shooting in the Rio Grande Valley area.
The shooting took place around 3:30 Monday morning at a Palmview HEB grocery store, according to Valleycentral.com.
The suspect reportedly worked at the HEB, said Palmview police Chief Chris Barrera. He killed one person and injured three others.
Following the shooting, the gunman allegedly called 911 and surrendered to police, Barrera said.
Officers were also able to recover the suspect's gun.
It was not clear what caused the shooting. Further details were not immediately available.
