ATASCOSA COUNTY -- Court documents show a former court employee filed a complaint against Precinct 1 J.P Betty Caballero, who was arrested and booked into jail on Tuesday on official oppression charges.
That's a class A-misdemeanor.
Caballero has since been released from jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
