Authorities: Woman who ran husband off Loop 1604 charged with murder

Frances Hall, 50, has been charged with one count of murder and an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge, according to the Bexar County jail.

SAN ANTONIO -- The woman arrested Thursday night for allegedly running her husband over on Loop 1604 has been charged, according to police.

Frances Hall, 50, has been charged with one count of murder and an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge, according to the Bexar County jail.

Hall was released from jail around 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Frances Hall was initially arrested on an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge. The charge was later upgraded to first-degree murder. Now, Hall faces both charges.
