SAN ANTONIO — The missing 15-year-old has been found safe and reunited with her family.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding a missing 15-year-old girl last seen Monday night.
Officials say Kaitlyn Villalva reportedly left her home around 9 p.m. Monday, possibly in the company of a male. They say she is diagnosed with a condition that requires medication.
She is described as being 5' 1" in height, and weighing 130 lbs. She was last seen waering a black zip-up hoodie with the "Calvin Klein" on the sleeves and white Nike Air Force One shoes. She also had a black and white backpack.

The department is reminding people it is a Class A misdemeanor to harbor a runaway and it's punishable with up to one year in Jail and up to a $5,000 fine.
