The Bexar County Sheriff's Office needs your help finding a teenage girl with a medical condition, who was reported missing in late January.
She is 5'2" tall, weighs about 110 pounds, and has red hair and a pierced nose. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black framed glasses and has a nose piercing.
She reportedly left her residence and has not returned. Deputies say her health condition requires medication.
Authorities say those found to be harboring Manson may face charges for Harboring a Runaway which is a Class A Misdemeanor punishable up to 1 year in jail with a fine not to exceed $5,000.
