The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office is asking for your help in identifying a woman found near downtown last January 2.
They released a rendering of a woman who was found at a home on the 100 block of Clifford Court.
The report says the woman is most likely White or Hispanic, and approximately 25 to 40-years-old.
The woman is about 5'2" tall.
