CLEAR Alert discontinued for 28-year-old man last seen in San Antonio, family says still missing

SAN ANTONIO — UPDATE

The CLEAR Alert for Cesar Uribe, 28, who has been missing since May 20 has been discontinued. Police and his family say he still hasn't been found yet. 

We have reached out to DPS to find out why the alert was discountinued.

A CLEAR Alert has been issued for a missing 28-year-old man who was last seen on Monday on the west side of town.

San Antonio Police are searching for Cesar Uribe, who is 5'11" tall, weighs about 250 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat with white letters “NY”, a black shirt, blue jeans, brown boots. He has multiple tattoos on his left and right calves and on his chest.

 He was seen near the 2100 block of Fort Donleson Drive, not far from Marbach Road.

Law enforcement officials believe his disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.
