SAN ANTONIO — Five people were sent to the hospital after a major crash early Saturday morning on the west side, according to San Antonio Police.
The incident took place around 2:30 a.m. on W. Commerce and General McMullen Saturday.
Police say a white Camero and minivan crashed into each other with the impact causing the Camero to hit a pole.
Three people inside the Camero were seriously injured and two people in the minivan were also injured.
According to police, witnesses reported the Camero as speeding moments before the crash.
All five people involved in the crash were sent to the hospital.
